Dr. Jeffery Pearl is a highly trained urologist providing comprehensive adult urologic care to patients throughout the Chicagoland area. He combines a strong academic background with advanced surgical training to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care across the full spectrum of urologic conditions.
Dr. Pearl earned his undergraduate degree in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and received his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He completed his general surgery internship at Northwestern University and his urology residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received extensive training in all areas of urology.
During his residency, Dr. Pearl’s clinical experience included the management of kidney stone disease, urologic cancers, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary incontinence and dysfunction, and erectile dysfunction. He also received advanced training in minimally invasive urologic surgery, including robotic and laparoscopic techniques.
Dr. Pearl has authored multiple peer reviewed publications and has presented his work at national meetings, including presenting twice at the plenary session of the American Urological Association. His research interests include telemedicine, enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS), frailty, kidney cancer outcomes, testosterone replacement therapy, and lower urinary tract symptoms. He has been recognized with several academic honors, including the Emory Urology Academic Achievement Award and the Northwestern Surgery Resident Teaching Award.

Dr. Pearl lives in Deerfield, IL with his wife Jenny. With his free time, he enjoys staying active by cycling, hiking, and playing baseball. He’s a big Chicago sports fan and loves to watch the Cubs and Blackhawks.
